Most of the time, it is just me working directly with the people who need the work done. That is intentional. It keeps things clearer, quicker and closer to the actual design. I help with the kind of work that brands need to get made properly: packaging, print, ecommerce assets, websites, retail graphics and the design bits that sit in between.
I am not trying to look like a big agency. D16 is built around direct conversations, proper design thinking and getting the work finished without making the process heavier than it needs to be. The aim is simple: define what is needed, design it well, and deliver something that is ready for the real world.
